Sean Cusson applies regulatory and policy expertise to deliver actionable strategies to clients. 

Prior to Del Ray Solutions, Sean worked with clients to maximize their opportunities in the aviation market.  He advised on regulatory issues and market considerations to assist clients in advancing their interests. This involved educating clients on key regulatory and legislative developments  and developing and executing advocacy strategies to advance clients' interests with government and industry stakeholders. 

Sean has led and participated on multiple research projects for the National Safe Skies Alliance and Airport Cooperative Research Program.  These projects have resulted in practical guidebooks that offer workable solutions to operational challenges airports commonly face.   

As Director of Public Safety and Security for Airports Council International – North America, Sean advised airport operators on a broad range of regulatory issues and advocated on their behalf before federal agencies. 

Sean received his J.D. from New England Law Boston and his Bachelor's from The George Washington University.
